Friday Favorites

I know we are two weeks into August, but still, it's hard to believe!  I'm pretty excited about it though because fall is getting closer.  Who doesn't love scarves, boots, and pumpkin patches?  Well, while summer is still here, I plan on enjoying every minute of it.  Today, I will be sharing 6 things I have been loving this week.  Enjoy!

1. Blueberry Pancakes

I have forgotten how much I love blueberry pancakes.  To get this week started off right, I made some for breakfast Monday morning.  They were delicious!  If I do say so myself... :)

2. This Quote

I came across this quote a few months ago.  So, naturally I pinned it!  It really stood out to me because even when life's tough, I still have a lot to be thankful for. :)

3. The City

I'm a city girl at heart.  I just love the idea of skyscrapers, bright city lights, and NYC apartments *dreamy sigh* !  Below are a few of my favorite pictures!

New York City is always a good idea. Get inspired, always in an new york style. See more excellent decor tips here: www.pinterest.com...

 4. Caitlin's Blog

I am absolutely obsessed with Caitlin's blog, Southern Curls and Pearls!  Her blog was the first one I ever read.  She inspired me to start mine!  Caitlin has the cutest style!  I would recommend her blog to anyone.

5. Game Nights

This one is kind of random, but I really do love game nights!  My all time favorite games are Clue, Monopoly, Headbandz, and pretty much any kind of card games.

Another vintage version of a great game growing up, that I can't wait to teach her how to play

6. Reading

I love to read!  Especially a really good book you can't put down.  Call me a bookworm.  It's the truth!  Whenever I'm not blogging or shopping, you can find me curled up on the couch, with my fuzzy blanket, reading.
