A Fit and Healthy New Year

     I know a lot of people have already made their new year's resolutions.  I on the other hand, have not.  One of my goals for the new year is to be healthier and work out more often.  The problem is, working out is more like a chore.  It's something we all dread doing.  Today, I have teamed up with Chobani to share 12 fun ways to burn 100 calories.  The best part is some of these you already do without realizing!  Have fun getting healthy!
