Helathy Treat: No Bake Energy Bites

     Hey loves!  Today, I am so excited to be sharing a healthy recipe with you all.  These energy bites are delicious and nutritious, so what's not to love?  Oh, and they're vegan, but don't taste like it. ;)  They make great snacks for when you're running out the door.  Keep on reading to see how to make these delicious no bake treats!








You will need...

- 1/2 cup Sunbutter 

- 1/2 cup Flax Chia Mix

- 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

- 1 cup Rolled Oats

-  1/3 cup Honey

- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract  


     Combine all ingredients in a bowl and using your hands, form into balls.  I ended up needing to add a couple more tablespoons of Sunbutter.  I put mine in freezer containers and placed them in the freezer for about an hour.  You don't have to put them in the freezer, but I like them better that way!


That's all!  They're so easy!  These treats are great to have on hand after school, exercising, etc.  Let me know what you think of these Energy Bites in the comments below.
